Pursuant to the Law, the advertisement of goods non-related to the medicine, medical equipment, methods of prevention, diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation shall not contain a notification that such goods and methods have medical properties, unless such properties are certified by a specially authorized central executive body in charge of public health under the legislative procedure.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.3513.
